摘要
中高职衔接视域下职业教育的管理必需进行创新。职业教育在管理上存在培养目标模糊、课程及教学分离、评价失效等问题,在一定程度上阻碍了中高职衔接的进程。剖析其原因,主要在于未能辩证认识职业教育中就业与升学之间可协调的、和谐统一的关系。厘清二者关系,创新管理目标、管理模式和评价机制,以促进中高职无缝衔接。
From the perspective of connection in vocational college and school, management in their education must be innovated. Some problems such as fuzziness in training target, separation between curriculum and teaching, and failing in evaluation and assessment exist in their management. All these problems, to some extent, hindered the process of the connection between vocational college and school. The paper tries to analyze these causes. It is argued that the failure in dialectical understanding of harmony and coordination of unity are the main reasons. Thus the author proposes that the relationship of them and innovation in management objectives, mode and evaluation mechanism should be created so that the seamless connection of vocational college and schools could be promoted.
