大学生职业化发展已经成为现代高等教育发展的时代潮流,学生培养工作也应围绕于此进行改革创新。文章在"以人为本,协同育人"理念指导下,界定了高校学生职业化培养模式的内涵、特征和依据,围绕"一个中心、两个跟进、三个转变、四个平台、五个加强"论述了在新形势下构建高校学生职业化培养模式的思路。

Professional development of college students has already been the main direction of high education, which decides the focus of the students cultivation reform. Under the guidance of the concept ＂people-oriented, cooperative education＂, the article defines concept, characteristics and basis of cultivating mode of college students＂ professionalization. It also discusses the method to build a cultivating mode of college students＂ professionalization under the new situation, according to ＂one center, two follow-up, three changes, four platforms, five enhancements＂.
