摘要
"双师型"师资队伍建设是高职院校内涵式发展与强化特色建设的重要内容之一,是高等职业教育为社会培养高素质技术技能型人才的基础保障。本文从高职院校"双师型"教师的任职资格、聘用程序、职责、考核与辞退等方面入手,以有关高职院校政策文本为对象,勾画出当前我国高职院校"双师型"教师管理现状,指出存在的问题及其产生的原因,并提出管理对策。
The teaching staff construction of dual-qualification teachers is important in connotative develop- ment and characteristic construction of vocational colleges, and provides the basic guarantee for training higher skillful talents for the society. From such aspects as the dual-qualification teachers' qualification, employment pro- cedure, duty, evaluation and dismissing system, this paper explores the current management system, and puts for- ward some countermeasures.
