摘要 目的:探讨高仿真模拟教学的远期效果并为教改提供依据。方法:采用质性研究方法,对参与过模拟教学培训且完成实习任务的15名学生进行访谈,并运用现象学分析程序分析。结果:该教学对护生实习工作适应快,提高实习积极性及团队合作意识,培养谨慎的工作作风。结论:高仿真模拟教学对学生影响深远,不断改进教学方案能提高学生的团队合作意识和实习积极性。 Objective :To explore the long - term effect of high -fidelity simulation teaching to nursing students and provide basis for teaching reform. Methods: Used the qualitative research, 15 students who involved in high -fidelity simulation training and completed their clinical practice was interviewed and with the phenomenological analysis. Results : The teaching of nursing students work to adapt quickly, improve the practice enthusiasm and team cooperation consciousness, cultivate a careful style of work. Conclusion : It had a deep influence to nursing students, we should sum up experience and improve teaching plan.
