家居护理路径对晚期癌症谵妄患者睡眠质量的影响研究

Study on the influence of home nursing path for the sleep quality of patients with advanced cancer and delirium

目的：探讨家居护理路径对晚期癌症谵妄患者睡眠质量的影响.方法：选取2012年10月～2013年6月晚期癌症谵妄患者130例,将其随机分为对照组（常规护理干预组）和观察组（家居护理路径组）各65例,将两组患者分别于干预后第2周采用睡眠质量测定量表进行评估,并将两组患者干预后2周的评估结果进行比较.结果：观察组干预后2周的睡眠质量测定量表评分均明显低于对照组.结论：家居护理路径可有效改善晚期癌症谵妄患者的睡眠质量,对于此类患者发挥着积极的作用.

Objective：To study the influence of home nursing path for the sleep quality of patients with advanced cancer and delirium. Methods ：130 patients with advanced cancer and delirium from October 2012 to June 2013 were selected as research object, and they were randorrdy divided into control group with 65 cases（ conventional nursing intervention group）and observation group with 65 cases（ home nursing path group）, then the two groups were respectively evaluated with scale of sleep quality after the intervention at second week, then the evaluation results of two groups were co＇mpared. Results：The scale of sleep quality of observation group at second week after the inter- vention were lower than those of control group. Conclusion ：The home nursing path can effectively improve the sleep quality and life quality of patients with advanced cancer and delirium, so it palys an active role for the patients.
