临床护理路径在肺炎患儿中的应用

Application of clinical nursing path in infantile pneumonia

目的:探讨临床护理路径在小儿肺炎中的应用效果。方法:将146例肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各73例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径,比较两组患儿的各项症状改善时间、治疗依从性及患儿家长满意度。结果:观察组患儿临床症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),患儿治疗依从性及家长护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将临床护理路径应用于小儿肺炎中,能提高患儿及其家长的身心舒适度,缩短治疗时间。

Objective： To explore the Application effect of clinical nursing path（ CNP）in infantile pneumonia. Methods： 146 cases of pa- tients with infantile pneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 73 cases in each group, the routine nursing were used for control group, and CNP nursing were used for experimental group. Comparison of the two groups of children with symptoms improve of time, treatment compliance and parents＇satisfaction. Results： The time of clinical symptoms turning well in experi- mental group were shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, therapy obedience of children and nursing satisfaction of the parents in experimental group were higher than that in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： CNP used for infantile pneumonia, is meaningful for enhancing comfort level of mind and body about the children and their parents, and shorten the therapy time, so it deserved considering in clinical work.
