在分析目前医院图书馆的现状和医学文献资源共享的主要模式及其局限性的基础上 ,提出在我国中小城市实现医学文献资源共享的构想 ,其核心内容是在中小城市医院中撤消图书馆的编制 ,建立市 (县 )一级的医学图书馆。

Based on a thorough analysis of the current state of hospital libraries and the model of medical literature resources sharing, some ideas for medical literature resources sharing in medium and small cities are proposed.The gist is to set up a medical library at municipal (county) level while the hospital libraries in medium and small cities are canceled.
