摘要
重卡驱动桥壳漏油的主要原因是联接处螺纹松动,通过使用施必牢螺纹紧固件来解决该失效问题,并利用桥壳疲劳试验机验证其防松效果.主要工作有施必牢螺纹、标准螺纹两种螺纹结构的力学比较和对施必牢螺纹组合试验验证.试验结果表明施必牢螺纹紧固件具有更好的防松效果.
The bolts joint connection looseness is the main reason for the problem of the oil leakage in the drive axle housing. In order to solve the problem,the paper uses the spiralock thread connection and builds an anti-loosing performance test method by using the drive axle housing fatigue test machine. The main research is on force analysis of the common thread and spiralock, then takes a test of the optimal spiralock combination. The experimental re- sults show the effect of the spiralock with ordinary thread bolt improves obviously than the common bolt Joint.
