摘要
通过太中银铁路ZQ-Ⅱ标段工程实践,研究并应用冲击碾压技术加固西部地区干燥松软地基.利用冲击压路机的原理,克服松软地基承载力低的弱点.提出冲击碾压如何进行机械设备选型、碾压顺序安排的施工方法,并通过工艺试验确定了相关施工参数及工艺流程.结合工程实践分析地基承载力变化曲线,最终使地基密实度达到设计要求,保证了路堤的整体稳定性,达到很好的预期效果.而且冲击碾压技术与碎石桩、强夯等技术对比存在着成本低、安全性高、效率快等优势,对于开发大西北,加快西北建设具有极大的推广意义.
Based on the engineering practices of Taizhongyin Railway ZQ-II section works, this thesis focuses on the study and application of impact rolling technology in consolidation of dry soft foundations in western area. Impact roller is used to overcome the weakness of soft foundation low bearing capacity. It is also put forward in the thesis that how to select mechanical equipments and arrange rolling sequences for impact rolling and process test is used to determine relevant construction parameters. Engineering practice is combined to ana- lyze the change curve of foundation bearing capacity for enabling the foundation density to the design requirement and thus ensuring the overall stability of the road embankment for a- chievement of expected effect. Meanwhile, impact rolling technology has the advantages of low cost, high security and fast efficiency, over technology of gravel pile and dynamic com- paction etc. , which has great significance for northwest development and construction accel- eration.
