3L脑外保护膜在PFNA内固定术中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 股骨粗隆间骨折是老年病人常见的髋部损伤疾病,针对老年人的生活特点,采用创伤小、固定牢靠的手术方法是治疗的关键.PFNA是由AO公司开发出的一种新型、特殊的内固定系统,其手术创伤小,病人恢复快,及早进行功能锻炼可以取得满意效果.PFNA技术是一种融合了微创技术的新型的内固定手术方式,手术过程中要通过C臂机的摄像下定位和复位,根据C臂机和直视手术交替,所以渗血没办法及时用吸引器吸走,常常会渗湿了手术单,增加感染的机会,血液滴到地板后很容易让医护人员滑倒,血液容易接触到医护人员脚上的皮肤.因此将3L脑外保护膜运用于PFNA内固定术中,取得良好效果.现介绍如下.
