肿瘤化疗病人睡眠质量及其相关因素分析

Sleep quality of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its related influencing factors

[目的]了解肿瘤化疗病人的睡眠质量及影响睡眠质量的相关因素,为改善其睡眠质量提供科学依据。[方法]采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表和自编影响睡眠因素调查表对肿瘤化疗病人进行问卷调查。[结果]肿瘤化疗病人PSQI总分为8.17分±3.45分,PSQI总分>7分者55例。肿瘤化疗病人在主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物使用和PSQI总分得分均高于全国常模正常成人得分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤化疗病人的年龄、对疾病的担心恐惧、化疗副反应、环境噪声、经济负担等因素与肿瘤化疗病人睡眠质量有关。[结论]肿瘤化疗病人的睡眠质量比正常成人差,影响睡眠质量的因素是多方面的,应当引起足够重视,有针对性地采取多项措施改善肿瘤化疗病人的睡眠质量。

Objective：To know about the sleep quality of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its related influencing factors, so as to provide a scientific evidences for improving their sleep quality. Methods：Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were inquired with questionnaires-by using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and selfmade affecting sleep factors questionnaire. Results. The total PSQI score of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was 8. 17i3.45,55 cases of patients with PSQI score〉7 accounted for 51.40%. The scores of subjective sleep quality, time of falling asleep ,sleep efficiency, sleep disturbances, hypnotic drug usage and total PSQI score were higher than that of national norm score in normal adults, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. The age, worry and fear on disease, chemotherapy side effects, ambient noise and economic burden of chemotherapy patients were related to their sleep quality. Conclusion. The sleep quality of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was poorer than that of normal people. The influencing factors of the sleep quality are many, and that should be pay sufficient attention to. A number of measures should pertinently be adopted to improve the sleep quality of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
