摘要
微型电网实时监视对其安全持续的运行具有重要意义。基于Modbus现场总线和以太网技术,设计了一种多功能实时监视装置,监视装置核心由可编程控制器、电力参数测量仪、工业以太网关、触摸屏等器件组成。通过PLC M340、电力参数测量仪PM850以及电流、电压互感器采集微型电网的电力参数,采集到的参数信息在仪表层通过Modbus现场总线进行共享、在监视管理层通过以太网进行共享;故障报警功能运用PLC软件编程实现,其显示通过触摸屏人机界面实现。介绍了微型电网参数实时监视装置的软、硬件设计,实验表明装置具有实用价值,可实现有效监视。
The real-time monitoring device for miero-grid is of great significance to the sale and continuous operation. The paper designs a multi-function real-time monitoring device based on Modbus field bus and Ethernet technology with the core device of PLC, power meter, industrial Ethernet gateway and touch-screen. The monitoring device colleetes electrical parameters through PLC M340, power meter PM850 and current-voltage transformer. The obtained information is shared by Modbus in the meter layer and shared through Ethernet while in the monitoring layer. The breakdown alarming function is realized by the Programmable 1,ogic Controller, its display is achieved through human-machine interface of the touch-screen. This paper introduces both the hardware and software design of real-time monitoring device for the micro-grid. The result of experiments shows that the device has its practical value and can monitor the micro-grid efficiently.
