摘要
提出2种通过储能装置实现的电力系统控制器,用以减小在系统中以波的形式传播的机电扰动(发电机角速度偏移量或输电线路上功率变化量)的幅值.分析控制器在机电波传播路径上的安装位置,一种控制器安装在发电机母线上,输出有功功率随安装处发电机角速度的变化而变化;另一种控制器安装在负荷母线上,输出有功功率随安装处负荷母线电压频率的变化而变化.理论计算结果和WECC 127母线的仿真结果均表明该控制器能有效降低机电波的幅值.
Two kinds of power system controllers realized by energy storage devices (ESD) were proposed in this paper, for reducing the magnitude of the propagating electromechanical disturbances, which are manifested as the deviation of generator speeds or the variation of the power flowing on the transmission lines. Based on the well known fact that such disturbance spread over the power network on the form of wave, both controllers are installed on the propagation paths of the waves. One is installed at a generator bus, and is designed to respond to the speed deviation of the local generator, the other is installed at a load bus and is designed to respond to the frequency deviation of the local bus. Both derivation results on simple power system models and simulation results on the WECC 127-bus system show that the proposed controllers can effectively reduce the magnitude of electromechanical waves.
