摘要
公共信息模型(CIM)作为IEC-61970标准的核心部分,被广泛地用作电力企业各类应用程序共享的交互工具.然而,实际工程中基于CIM的应用不得不面临数据解析缓慢、数据质量欠佳等问题,直接影响电力系统分析计算和控制.为此,提出CIM数据的优化提取方法和基于专家库技术的CIM数据质量提升方法;同时将传统CIM规则性校验方法与状态估计计算相结合,提出CIM模型校验与数据质量评估的新思路;最后,通过实际区域电网的实时运行断面进行测试,验证了该方法的有效性.
As the essential part of IEC-61970 standard, common information model (CIM) is widely used as the interactive tools for grid status information shared by various categories of power applications. However in the actual project, CIM-based applications face the problems of the slow data analysis and the poor data quality, which has a direct impact on the calculation and control of power systems. The optimization of the CIM data extraction process and the CIM data quality upgrade approach based on expert library is proposed in this paper. In the meanwhile, a new idea of CIM model validation and data quality assessment is constructed based on combining the traditional CIM rule-based calibration method and state estimation. Then the test results on the actual domestic area grids have proved the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
