室温对预溶稀释血糖化血红蛋白的影响结果分析

摘要 目的:探讨室温对预溶稀释血样本糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)结果的影响.方法:分别采用高效液相色普法(HPLC)即刻检测全血和胶乳凝集反应法检测预溶稀释血即刻(5min)、放置室温(温度20℃~25℃,湿度60%-70%)1h、2h、4h、8h及24h时间段内的HbA1c含量并进行比较分析.结果:胶乳凝集反应法与HPLC法检测HbA1c无统计差异(P<0.05),两者有很好的相关性,R2=0.9924;预溶稀释血在室温放置各个时间段无统计差异(P<0.05).结论:胶乳凝集反应法是测定HbA1c一种操作简单、自动化、重复性好的方法,且预溶稀释血在室温放置24内仍很稳定. Objective: To investigate the room temperature on the solution diluted blood sample of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1 c) results. Methods: HPLC (HPLC) immediate detection of the blood and latex agglutination method detection of solution di- luted blood immediately (5 min), placed at room temperature ( the temperature of 20℃~25 ℃, humidity 60% - 70% ) 1 h, 2h, 4h, 8h and 24h period of the HbAlc content and comparative analysis. Results: no statistical difference of latex agglutination method and HPLC method to detect HbAlc (P 〈 0. 05), there is a correlation between the two, good R2 =0. 9924; the solution diluted blood at room temperature for various time periods of no statistical difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : latex agglutination method is a simple method for the determination of HbA1 c, automation, good repeatability, and the solution diluted blood at room temperature for 24 is still very stable.
