摘要
针对基于MBD技术的飞机数字化装配技术的大量应用,分析了传统检验模式在MBD技术环境中存在的问题和不足,提出基于MBD技术的检验规程,结合实际工作探讨了基于MBD技术编制检验规程的方法,并给出了解决其关键技术问题的方法。
According to the wide application of digital airplane assembly technique based on MBD technology,this article analyzes the problems and disadvantages of traditional inspection mode in the environment of MBD technology.It brings forward an effective method and idea that the inspection procedure based on MBD technology is capable of being used for digital airplane assembly.This article also explores the inspection procedure preparation method combined with practical work and provides ways to solve its key technical problems.
