The Research Progress of GDF-15 with Heart Failure

摘要 心力衰竭作为一种常见多发病,其相关生物标志物的研究受到了广泛关注。近年来大量研究发现生长分化因子15(GDF-15)与心力衰竭的严重程度相关,GDF-15可能作为心力衰竭诊断的新的生物标志物,且GDF-15的分泌有助于心力衰竭的改善,帮助心力衰竭患者得到更好的诊治。该文通过阐述GDF-15与心力衰竭的相关性,进一步了解GDF-15在心力衰竭中所起的作用。 Heart failure as a common frequently encountered disease,its related biomarkers research has drawn wide concerns,in recent years a large number of research found that growth differentiation factor-15 （GDF-｜5） and the severity of the heart failure related to GDF-15 may act as a new biomarker for heart failure diagnosis to aid in the better diagnosis and treatment. Here is to make a review of the recent research in GDF-15 correlation with heart failure to furlher understand GDF-15 function in heart failure.
