半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂SN与胃肠道肿瘤的关系研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 cystatin SN是半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂超家族的新成员,在肿瘤的侵袭转移、细胞凋亡等病理生理过程中发挥重要的作用。cystatin SN基因的表达可以影响胃肠道肿瘤组织的生物学恶性潜能,促进肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移;而且cystatin SN转录、表达水平的高低与胃肠道肿瘤的预后呈正相关,可望成为胃肠道恶性肿瘤预后的肿瘤标志物。该文就cystatin SN的生物学特性及其在胃肠道肿瘤发生、发展中的作用研究进展予以综述。 Cystatin SN is a new member of the cystatin superfamily,which plays an important role in the pathophysiological process of tumor invasion and metastasis,and apoptosis. Numerous studies found that,the expression of cystatin SN can affect the biological malignant potential of gastrointestinal tumors, promote the growth,invasion and metastasis of the tumor cells, and the transcription, expression level of cystatin SN of gastrointestinal tumors is positively correlated with the prognosis, which is therefore expected to become a tumor marker for the prognosis. Here is to make a review of the research progress in the biological characteris- tics and the role in the carcinogenesis and development of gastrointestinal tumor of cystatin SN.
