Survivin是凋亡蛋白抑制因子家族的一个新成员,具有抑制细胞凋亡和调节细胞有丝分裂的功效,是联系细胞周期和细胞凋亡的重要因子。Survivin在体内的过度表达可抑制细胞凋亡,并与细胞的分裂增生有关,具有严格的细胞周期依赖性。Survivin在人类各种肿瘤组织中广泛表达,提示Survivin在肿瘤细胞的凋亡中发挥重要作用。Survivin与妇科肿瘤的发生﹑发展及预后均有密切关系,它将作为新靶点为妇科肿瘤的基因诊断及治疗带来新突破。

Survivin is a new member of the apoptosis protein inhibitors family, the function of which is to inhibit the cell apoptosis and regulate the cell mitosis process. Survivin is a very important factor to connect the cell cycle and apoptosis process. The over expression of survivin in the tissue can inhibit the cell apoptosis. Survivin is also involved in the cell division and multiplication. Survivin depends on the cell cycle procedure strictly. Many studies indicated that survivin expressed widely in many kinds of human tumors,indicating its important roles in the apoptosis of tumor cells. The studies in recent years revealed that survivin had been concerned in the genesis, development, and prognosis of gynecologic tumors closely. As the new target, survivin will bring a new breakthrough for the gene diag- nosis and treatment of gynecologic tumors.
