摘要
手术出血曾是妨碍外科发展的重要因素之一。传统的止血方法,如止血钳止血、结扎止血、压迫止血、烧灼电凝止血等都有不足之处,而近年出现的新型止血材料微孔多聚糖止血球,由于具有多种较传统的止血方法及其他可吸收止血材料显著的优点,目前已在临床上广泛应用。微孔多聚糖止血球是一种源于纯化马铃薯淀粉的植物多糖止血剂,具有良好的组织相容性及生物安全性,不含蛋白质,因而不存在引起过敏及病毒传播的危险。
Bleeding was one of the important factors hindering the development of surgery. There are many defects in the traditional hemostasis methods,such as hemostasis by hemostatie forceps, henmstasis by ligation, compression hemostasis, burning electric coagulation hemostasis and so on. The hemostasis method emerging these years,mieroporous polysaeeharide haemostatie ball has been widely applied to the clinical surgery because it has more advantages in hemostasis than the traditional methods. It is a plant polysaccharide hemostatic agent from purified potato starch with good biocompatibility and biological satiety without protein, which means no allergic or virus transmission risk.
