摘要
颅内血肿微创清除术的发明已有28年时间,因其应用正压连续冲刷的方法,特别是应用生化酶血肿液化技术,对血肿进行液化,而非机械的破碎,故在治疗过程中安全,可保持颅压的平稳,并能快速清除血肿,缓解颅内压力,在治疗高血压脑出血方面取得了良好疗效。随着此项技术不断应用与推广,特别是在广大的基层医院,高血压脑出血患者得到了有效治疗。
Minimally invasive surgery for intraeranial hematoma has been invented for twenty-eight years, because of the application of continuous positive pressm'e scour method, especially the application of biological enzyme hematoma liquefaction technology, rather than mechanically crush, it can be safe to keep the cranial pressure stable and quickly remove intracranial hematoma, and relieve pressure in the process of treatment, so it has good curative effects on the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Along with the continuous application and promotion of the technology, hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients can get effective treatment,especially in the majority of the primary hospitals.
