针药结合治疗慢性胃炎的进展

Progress in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine Therapy for Chronic Gastritis

慢性胃炎是临床常见病、多发病,其病因多、病程长、易反复。该病部分类型属于癌前病变,其治疗一直为临床所重视。中医治疗该病疗效好,不良反应少。各家根据自己的临床经验从不同角度分析了该病的病因病机,并开展了在辨病或辨证的方法指导下运用针药结合治疗该病的研究。结果表明,针药结合较单纯的中药或者针灸治疗慢性胃炎有更好的疗效。临床实践中应该发挥中医药治疗手段多的优势,采用综合疗法治疗该病。

Chronic gastritis is a clinically common, frequently-occurring disease, with long course and easy recurrence. Some types of the disease are the precancerous lesions, the treatment of which has long been emphasized in clinical. Chinese medicine has good effect and less adverse reactions in the treatment of the disease. Etiology and pathogenesis were analyzed from different perspectives by different doctors according to their own clinical experiences, and acupuncture and herbal treatment under the guidance of identification of diseases or syndrome method was carried out. The results indicated that the combined treatment of acupunc- ture and herbal medicine has better effect than each applied alone. The advantages of multiple methods of Chinese medicine should be made good use in the clinical practice, comprehensive treatment should be adopted for the disease.
