垂体后叶素辅助治疗肺结核大咯血的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Posterior Pituitary Hormone for Massive Hemoptysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的观察垂体后叶素辅助治疗肺结核大咯血的临床疗效及其不良反应。方法牡丹江医学院红旗医院将48例肺结核大咯血患者用数字表随机法分为两组,对照组(24例)仅采用常规止血治疗,观察组(24例)则在对照组基础上加用垂体后叶素治疗。观察和比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率(87.5%)显著高于对照组(66.7%)(P<0.05);观察组止血时间明显较对照组缩短(P<0.05);垂体后叶素治疗期间未出现严重不良反应。结论垂体后叶素治疗肺结核大咯血疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of posterior pituitary hormone in the treatment of massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Forty-eight patients of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis from, Hongqi Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College were randomly divided into two groups, the control group（ n = 24 ）was only treated with routine methods, and the observation group （n = 24 ）was treated with posterior pituitary hormone on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed and cmnpared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （ 87.5 % ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 66.7 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The hemostasis time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no serve adverse reaction in the observation group. Conclusion The treatment of posterior pituitary hormone for the massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis has a good curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
