摘要
教师工作量是教师工作绩效考核的一种方式,是高校评估教师工作的重要依据。研究和开发一套合适的教学工作量上报与统计系统,对高校的日常教学工作量进行上报与统计,可以掌握教师的授课信息,从而减轻管理人员的工作负担。
The calculation of a teacher＇s workload is a way of assessing his performance, and also is an important basis of assessing university teachers＇ performance. Designing of a feasible workload-calculation system will greatly relieve university administrators and office staffs of the burden of calculating teachers＇ teaching and researching workload.
