摘要 大量药理学和生物学研究已证实,ATP敏感性钾通道(K ATP)的开放在多种组织细胞损伤中发挥着重要的保护作用,其对脑的保护作用研究正逐渐成为研究热点。目前发现细胞上主要存在两种K ATP:质膜表面K ATP(sK ATP)和细胞质内的线粒体膜K ATP(mitoK ATP)。已有研究证明,mitoK ATP对K ATP开放剂的敏感程度是sK ATP的近2000倍,这预示着mitoK ATP在脑保护作用中可能发挥着更大的作用。 Activation of the ATP-sensitive potassium channel( KATv )has been widely implicated in cyto- protection. Recently,researchers are focusing on its neuroprotection. ATP sensitive potassium chanuels are located in various parts of the cells, including the surface of the plasmalemmal membrane ( SKATP ) and the inner mitochondrial membrane( mitoKATP ). [t has been proven thai mitoKAy, is 2000 times more sensitive than sKvrP. Therefore,it implies that mitOKATP channels may play a more important role in neuroprotection.
