钛网在治疗脊柱结核中的应用进展

近年来脊柱结核发病率呈上升趋势,而脊柱结核致残率高,严重影响患者的生活质量,故在抗结核药物治疗的基础上,积极开展手术治疗已获得广泛认同。目前主要采用一期病灶清除、脊髓减压,同时植骨融合、矫形、内固定,取得了满意的疗效。钛网是目前临床上较为常用的内置物支撑体之一,自2002年报道第一例使用钛网植入取得较好的临床效果后,钛网在临床上应用越来越多。

The morbidity of spinal tuberculosis hasbcen in an uptrend in recent years,and the disability of it is high which will affect the life quality of the patients severely. So on the basis of anti-tuberculosis drug treatment,active operation treatment has won much acknowledgement. At present, one-stage focus debride- ment, spinal cord decompression, bone grafting, correction and internal fixation have gained satisfying effect. Titanium mesh cage is onc of the most common internal supports in clinical. Since the first report of success- ful application in clinical in 2002 ,titanium mesh cage has been applied more and more.
