摘要 弥散张量成像(DTI)是一种新的磁共振功能性成像技术,已成为前列腺疾病诊断研究的热点。DTI可通过各向异性分数值及表观弥散系数值提供前列腺疾病水分子弥散的信息,间接反映微观组织结构的早期改变,提高前列腺疾病诊断的敏感性及特异性,为前列腺疾病的早期诊断及术前分期提供重要的参考信息,并通过纤维束重建技术直观显示前列腺疾病纤维束的改变。 Magnetic resonanee diffusion tensor imaging is a new functional magnetic resonance imaging technology, which has beeome the tsearch focus of diagnosis of prostate disease. It indirectly provides infor- mation about lhe early micro-structural changes in prostate diseases and imptxves the sensitivity and speci- ficity of the diagnosis by the ti'actinnal anisotropy(FA) and apparent diflhsion coefficients(ADC) about dif- fusion of water molecules,providing an important reference infornmtion fur the early diagnosis and preopera- tive staging,and allowing the direct visualization of the change of the fiber bundles of the prostate disease throngh the fiber bundle reeonstruetion techniques.
