腹腔镜脾切除术的应用进展

Application Advances in Laparoscopic Splenctomy

随着腹腔镜技术的成熟,腹腔镜脾切除术(LS)已在国内外广泛开展。LS具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快及住院时间短等优点。该文通过查阅国内外相关文献,介绍了全腹腔镜、手助腹腔镜、免气腹装置辅助腹腔镜及机器人辅助腹腔镜等的脾切除术各自的适应证及优缺点,并详细分析了LS的适应证、禁忌证、围手术期处理、手术并发症及其防治、临床效果和应用前景等问题。

With the development of laparoscopic technology, laparoscopic splenctomy （LS） has been widely used in the medical world. LS has the advantages of small trauma, less bleeding, fast recovery and short hospitalization. Based on the literature survey, here is to introduce the indications and pros ＆ cons of laparoseopic,hand-assisted laparoscopy, gasless devices and robotic-assisted laparoseopie splenectomy, and make a reviewof the indications and contraindications, perioperative treatments, complications and the related preventive measures,clinical value and prospective application of LS.
