摘要
目的 观察负压封闭引流（VSD）结合皮片移植在电击伤创面治疗中的临床疗效.方法 收集2008年10月至2012年2月解放军第九四医院使用持续VSD治疗的电击伤患者37例,生命体征平稳后彻底清创,安装负压引流装置覆盖创面,床边持续负压吸引治疗7～10 d（1个疗程）,1～2个疗程后肉芽创面形成,行二期植皮术.结果 37例患者中21例患者一次使用VSD治疗后行二期植皮或皮瓣转移全部存活,16例患者行两次VSD治疗后植皮全部存活.结论 电击伤创面早期清创后应用VSD待肉芽生长后行二期植皮获得满意疗效,是一种理想的治疗方法.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage （ VSD ） combined with skin grafting on the wound of electric injury. Methods From October 2008 to February 2012 in PLA No. 94 Hospital, after stable vital signs, 37 patients with electrical injury were treated with thorough debridement, vacuum-assisted device installed to cover the wound, and negative pressure suction therapy for 7 to 10 days（ 1 course）. After 1-2 courses of granulation tissue formation,the patients were treated with skin grafting or flap transfer. Results 21 patients among the 37 cases were treated with one use of VSD therapy then skin graft- ing or flap transfer,and the other 16 patients were treated with VSD for two times then skin grafting. All the patients survived. Conclusion The way of VSD and then skin grafting after thorough debridement in the treatment of the wound of electrical injury is an ideal method.
