摘要
本研究基于需求分析理论,通过调查分析翻译专业本科学生的学习需求和翻译用人单位的社会需求,对山东省一高校翻译专业本科课程设置情况进行了首次全方位调查。调查结果表明,从整体而言该校课程设置得到了学生认可,并且符合翻译用人单位的社会需求方向,但也存在有待改进之处。基于调查结果,文章提出了课程设置优化的具体建议。
Guided by the theory of needs analysis, this study initiates a survey of the curriculum design for under- graduate translation majors in a university in Shandong Province, based on the investigation of both learning needs of undergraduate translation majors and social needs of the translator employing units. It reveals that the curriculum design is generally well accepted by the students, and correspondent to social needs, but with some room to be im- proved as well. In light of the investigation findings, some practical suggestions are proposed for improving the cur- rent curriculum design.
