某全承载式客车骨架建模方式对仿真结果影响的探究

摘要 对某全承载式大客车骨架分别进行壳单元和梁单元建模,并对两种模型进行振动模态和静态刚度的仿真分析。结果表明,在全承载式客车骨架设计初期,采用梁单元代替壳单元进行建模是可行的,效率更高,便于骨架结构改进设计,且两者仿真计算精度相当。 Two modes of finite element models for the body frames of an integral coach are built using shell elements and beam elements respectively. The vibration modal and static simulation analysis are performed on the two FE models for the body frames structure. The results indicate that modeling with beam element instead of shell element is feasible and more efficent. Also the precision with beam element is consistent with the shell element and the design is easily improved for the body frames at the early stage of the body frames design with beam element.
