摘要
对钙矾石膨胀和水镁石膨胀的相干性进行了研究,得到:当熟料中MgO含量接近5.0% ,而SO3 含量大于3.5% 时,钙矾石膨胀和水镁石膨胀的相干性明显;当熟料中MgO含量接近5.0% ,SO3 含量小于并接近3 .5% 时,钙矾石膨胀和水镁石膨胀的相干性较小,且这种相干性是有利的,即钙矾石的膨胀有助于水镁石膨胀能作更多的膨胀功;当熟料中MgO含量接近5.0% ,SO3 含量较小时,钙矾石和水镁石膨胀几乎不相干.在配制补偿收缩的高强混凝土时,利用钙矾石膨胀和水镁石膨胀的相干性,可以达到补偿其后期干缩的效果.
The expansion coherence between ettringite and brucite has been studied. Results indicated that the coherence was obviously under the condition of w (MgO)=5.0% in clinker and w (SO 3)> 3.5 % in cement. The coherence did not show under the condition of w (MgO)=5.0% in clinker and SO 3 content being low (<3.5%) in cement. Furthermore little coherence was showed under the condition of w (MgO)=5.0% in clinker and SO 3 content being close to 3.5% in cement. It is suggested from the results that the dry shrinkage in long term of high performance concrete may be compensated by the expansion coherence between ettringite and brucite.
