The authors point out the existence of blind areas in the traditional school bus of United States,sumup the experiences and lessons for China from American school bus system. They also discuss the safety equipments which are to improve the danger zones of traditional school bus,and put forward some suggestions to ensure the safety of students＇ transportation,which include improving the related laws and regulations about school bus,demanding of cross control arm and implementing corresponding management measures.
