摘要
采取网上电子问卷方式,对上海市外企管理人员政治需求进行调查分析。结果表明:外企管理人员年纪轻、学历高,多数有过出国留学经历,收入相对较高、流动性大、职业和身份不稳定,主要由非党人士组成,政治需求较弱,大多数成员没有宗教信仰,受中国传统文化和西方思想双重影响。因此,他们在公共政治生活中参与程度不高,是因为他们在利益上与资者更加接近,并且很少参与企业外部的政治活动。但是,他们进一步团结的基础和趋势是强势的,其代表资方影响政府决策能力的机会和能力也呈上升趋势。因此,外企管理人员作为潜在的政治主体,政府如何规范他们的利益表达,引导他们的政治意识,就成为外企管理人员融入公共社会的紧迫议题。
This research was made, based on 989 valid electronic questionnaires, 1100 in all, on senior executives of foreign capital enterprises in Shanghai. The analysis of the questionnaires showed that the senior executives of foreign capital enterprises are young and highly educated. Most of them studied abroad, are well paid, frequently change their jobs, occupation and identification. Besides, they mostly are people without party affiliation, have no strong political demand and religious belief, are influenced by both Chinese traditional culture and Western ideology. Therefore, the Chinese senior executives and technicians in foreign capital enterprises in China share closer benefits with the capitalists. Moreover, they rarely participate in political activities organized by the external people. That is the reason why they do not participate in public political activities. However, they have the strong foundation and great tendency to be more closely united. Also they, who serve as representative of the management, influence government's decision more strongly. Therefore, it's very urgent to research how to regularize their benefits expression and guide their political consciousness.
