高等农业院校教学督导实践与创新——以沈阳农业大学教学督导工作实践为例 被引量:2

摘要 教学督导工作是高等学校教学质量监控保障体系的重要环节,其积极影响从不同层面促进了高等学校教学工作的健康发展。近几年沈阳农业大学教学督导工作经过实践与创新,建立了教学督导工作方法:一是认真学习文件,明确指导思想;二是工作方式透明,公平、公开和公正;三是坚持改革创新,提高督导质量;四是课堂教学环节,督导常抓不懈。沈阳农业大学教学督导的实践表明,教学督导应准确进行教学督导职能定位,不断创新教学督导新理念,时刻坚持督教和督学相结合,教学督导工作必须与时俱进。 Teaching supervision, a significant link of the teaching quality monitoring system in institutes of higher learning, has made positive contributions to the healthy development of education and teaching of institutes of higher learning at all levels. In recent years, Shenyang Agricultural University has established these teaching supervision methods in its teaching supervision practice and innovation: clearly defining the guiding thought for teaching supervision by studying related official documents; making apparent the working style in a fair and open way; persisting in reform and innovation to improve teaching supervision; and keeping unremitting the supervision of classroom teaching. The practical experience can be summed up as: exactly locating the function of teaching supervision; consistently innovating the concept on teaching supervision; combining supervising teachers with supervising students all the time; and making teaching supervision keep pace withy the times.
