介绍了以磨细的石英粉与普通硅酸盐水泥制成的砂质水泥为基材、以纤维作为增强材的纤维砂质水泥板的制备工艺及性能，该板用抄取法工艺成坯，用适当的加压制度成型，经特殊的预硬处理与压蒸养护制成．纤维砂质水泥板具有优良的使用性能，并可降低生产成本，提高经济效益．

Taking ground quartz sand and ordinary portland Ⅱ cement as the matrix,fiber as the reinforcement,the fiber reinforced sand cement board was produced by using hatschek process to form green sheet.The board was produced with proper compressing regime,special precuring and autocla ving treatment.The board has excellent characteristics for using and is able to decrease the producing cost, increase the economic benefits.
