Supply Chain Quality Management and Its Impact on Firm Performance: Literature Review

基于供应链的质量管理已经成为企业竞争优势的重要来源,传统的质量管理是单个企业的视角,缺乏供应链视角的、系统的关注。国内外学者对供应链质量管理进行了大量研究,文章采用文献综述的方法,对供应链质量管理的内涵及构成要素、供应链质量管理与绩效的关系相关文献进行梳理,探究供应链质量管理机理,提出进一步研究的展望。

Supply chain based quality management has become an important source of enterprise competitive advantage. The tradi-tional quality management is a single enterprise＇s point of view, lack of a supply chain perspective and system＇s attention. Schol-ars at home and abroad have given a lot of research on supply chain quality management. Aim to deepen the understanding of supply chain quality management mechanism, the connotation and constituent elements of supply chain quality management were summarized, and the relationship between supply chain quality management and enterprise performance were analyzed. At last, put forward some further research prospects.
