摘要
在考虑产品的节能性、环保性和质量可靠性的条件下,运用生命周期评价方法及GaBi软件,对材料为橡胶和塑料的汽车转向器防尘罩的生命周期阶段的能源消耗和环境影响进行评价。在影响评价中着重进行能耗和主要污染物的对比分析。结果表明:与橡胶防尘罩相比,塑料防尘罩质量小,在能源消耗和环境影响方面具有明显优势。该研究方法可为产品设计变更提供节能减排的评价依据。
Considering energy saving,environmental protection and quality reliability of products,this paper uses life cycle assessment method and GaBi software to evaluate energy consumption and environmental impact of the rubber and plastic automobile steering gear dust covers during life cycle.The research focuses on the comparative analysis of energy consumption and main pollutants,and the result shows that the plastic dust cover with light weight has obvious advantages in energy consumption and environmental impact compared with the rubber dust cover.The research method of this paper provides evaluation basis of energy conservation and emission reduction for the product designers in product design changes.
