摘要
根据屏蔽罩制件的结构特点,采用对头斜排,1模4件的排样形式,材料利用率和生产效率都最高;如何保证制件出模顺畅是一模多件的弯曲级进模设计难点,该模具采用压缩空气吹件,较好地解决了该难点,制件冲压过程顺畅,材料利用率达71.6%,生产效率高。
