摘要
介绍了汽车车身冲压件的发展趋势及现状,高强板制件主要的质量缺陷及原因分析,重点提出双向活动斜楔机构在冲压件问题整改与质量提升上的实践应用,提高了主机厂的车身骨架质量水平。
This paper introduces the automotive body stampings, high strength plate main parts of the current situation and development trend of the quality defects and the reason analysis, highlighted the two-way activity inclined wedge agencies in stamping problem rectification and quality improvement in practical application, improve the level of the same quality of body frame.
