摘要
针对目前高职模具专业塑料模课程设计中出现的选题不规范、考核不准确、教学效果不明显等问题,以我院2011级模具专业学生的塑料模具课程设计改革为契机,采用真实案例作为训练任务,综合运用模具CAD/CAM/CAE技术进行课程教学设计,实现整副注塑模具零件制造工艺分析及编制、制造、装配与试模等全过程训练,实现了知识、能力与素质培养相结合,收到了较好的教学效果。
In the event of problems present in the current curricular design in the vocational plastic mold majors, such as non-standardization of topic selection, incorrectness of appraisal and poor outcome of teaching activities. With curriculum reform in our college 2011 mold professional students as an opportunity, real case is used as the training task, comprehensively applying CAD/CAM/CAE to design class activities, with a result of global analysis of plastic parts of injection mold as well as its design, manufacturing, assembly and trial. It turned out to combine knowledge, ability and quality, reaching a better teaching effect.
