摘要
高校大学生党员档案是记录大学生政治生命成长、成熟过程的重要资料。从加强大学生党员档案管理的重要性入手,分析当前高校大学生党员档案管理中存在的问题与不足,提出建立健全大学生党员档案管理制度、加强人员培训、加大对大学生党员档案管理的投入、加强对大学生党员档案信息网络的管理等改善高校大学生党员档案管理的措施。
The archives of the college students party members is important information which record the mature process of the college students＇ political life. This article from the importance of strengthening the archives manage- ment of college students party members, analyzes the problems and deficiencies existing in the archives management of the college students party members, then puts forward some improvement measures as follows： set up a sound system of archives management of party members among college students, strengthen the guidance and education of the relevant personnel, increase the investment in the college students party members＇ archives management, per- fect the information network management of the archives of the university student party members.
