As a bridge linking the relationship between college and society, it shoulders important responsibility and mission in the construction of harmonious campus. In the construction of harmonious campus, college labor union makes full use of its political consultation, democratic management, democratic supervision and other advantages, gives full play to its cohesion and centripetal force, organizes and coordinates the interest relationship, play a role in services and rights protection, and realizes sustaining development target as soon as possible.
