氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察氧气驱动雾化吸入对小儿呼吸系统疾病的治疗效果,以指导临床应用。方法:回顾性分析我院2011年1月至2013年1月期间收治的388例呼吸系统疾病患儿,按随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组各194例。两组同种疾病给予相同药物。研究组采用氧气驱动雾化治疗,对照组采用超声驱动雾化治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后心率(125.9±12.4)次/分,明显高于对照组(120.0±8.3)次/分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血氧饱和度(0.96±0.02)%,高于对照组的(0.92±0.01)%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组有效率94.33%,对照组有效率72.16%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧气驱动雾化吸入对小儿呼吸系统疾病的治疗效果显著,能有效改善患儿咳嗽、喘息、呼吸困难等症状,其治疗周期短,疗效好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To study the treatment effect of oxygen atomization inhalation in children with respiratory system diseases. Methods: Three hundred and eighty-eight cases of pediatric patients with respiratory diseases in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, and were randomly divided into two groups. The study group received oxygen atomization treatment, and the control group received ultrasonic atomization treatment. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, heart rate in the study group was significantly higher; the difference was statistically significant ( 125.9 ± 12.4 vs 120.0±8.3, P〈0. 05). The oxygen saturation level in the study group was higher than that in the control group; the difference was statistically significant [ (0.96±0.02)% vs (0.92±0.01)%, P〈0.05 ]. The effective rate of the study group was 94.33%, which was higher than that of the control group (72.16%) ; the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Oxygen atomization inhalation has an obviously therapeutic effect on respiratory system diseases in children. It can effectively relieve cough, wheezing, breathing difficulty and other symptoms. It can shorten treatment course and improve treatment effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
