摘要
目的:探讨通窍鼻炎颗粒对儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将236例慢性鼻窦炎门诊患儿随机分为治疗组128例和对照组108例,治疗组口服通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗,对照组给予克拉霉素缓释片每次0.25 g,1次/天治疗,两组患儿同时给予0.5%呋麻滴鼻剂滴鼻,每周到门诊行收缩鼻腔负压吸引清理鼻腔1次。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率为95.3%,对照组总有效率为86.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效肯定,无明显副作用,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Tongqiaobiyan granules in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children. Methods： Tow hundred and thirty-six children with chronic sinusitis were divided into the treatment group （n = 125 ） and the control group （n = 108）. The treatment group was given Tongqiaobiyan granules, while the control group was treated with Clarithromycin sustained-release tablets orally. Both groups received 0.5% Ephedrine Hydrochloride and Nitrofurazone Nasal Drops, and shrinking blood vessels in the nasal passages and cleaning the nasal cavity once a week. Results： After the treatment for three months, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 95.3%, and of the control group was 86. 1%; there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Tongqiaobiyan granules has a definite curative effect in children with chronic sinusitis, and no obviously side effect. It deserves the clinical application.
