摘要
本文用^(60)Coγ射线对黑曲霉果胶酶液进行杀菌处理。吸收剂量1—25kGy范围,酶活力不因辐照而降低。15kGy剂量,酶液中即检不出存活菌,并且酶液经贮存后酶活力有较好的保存效果。
This paper reports the result of radiation sterilization of aspergillusniger pectinase liquid by ^(60)Coγ-rays. When absorbed dose was from 1 kGy to 25 kGy,enzyme activity didn't reduce. When absorbed dose was 15 kGy, There aren/t activestrains in the enzyme liquid; and enzyme activity of the enzyme liquid by preservedhad better preserved effect.
