云南电网弃水调峰及其对策

Wasting Water for Peak Modulation in Yunnan Power Grid and Its Countermeasures

目前我省存在大量的弃水调峰电能，这一现象在小湾水电站正常运行前将继续存在，并有增大趋向。为了解决弃水调峰，本文提出修建调节水库季节性抽水蓄能电站以及装设火电调峰机组等措施，重点论证了在小湾投入运行前修建季节性抽水蓄能电站的必要性，并提出建此类电站的设想方案。

At present a great quantity of water is wasted for peak modulation Purpose, which could be used for power generation in Yunnan Province. This phenomena will continue existing until completion of the Xiaowan Hydropower Station. In order to solve the problem of wasting water to carry out peak modulation this paper has proposed a number of measures such as construction of regulating reservoirs and seasonal pumped -storage power stations as well as installation of thermal generating units for peak modulation, placing stress on verifying the necessity of constructing a seasonal pumped -storage power station prior to commissioning of the Xiaowan Hydropower Station. The author has put forward some tentative proPOsals to constmct such power stations.
