二氧化碳跨临界制冷循环系统能效分析

摘要 在分析R134a循环系统和带中间冷却器的双级压缩CO2制冷循环系统的工作过程及性能特点的基础上,提出了制冷循环系统冷却器的设计依据。通过建立热力学模型,对CO2跨临界双级压缩制冷循环进行了数值仿真计算,并将计算结果与R134a循环系统进行对比分析。通过制冷循环效能分析,重点研究了影响系统循环的主要参数,如排气出口压力、回气过热、蒸发器温度和COP的表现,旨在为实际系统设计提供参考。 By analyzing the working process and performance characteristics of R134a circulatory system and the twin - stage compression CO2 refrigeration cycle with intercooler, the design basis of refrigeration cycle sys- tern sion cooler was proposed. Through the establishment of thermodynamic model, CO~ transcritical two - stage compres- refrigeration cycle is numerically simulated, and the computational results and R134a circulatory system were analyzed. By the refrigeration cycle performance analysis, the main parameters affecting the system cycle were fo- cused, such as the exhaust outlet pressure, return air overheat, the evaporator temperature and COP. Its purpose is to provide a reference for the actual system design.
