湖北省高校学生体育社团发展现状与对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of University Students Sports Associations in Hubei Province

运用文献资料法、社会调查法、数理统计法,对湖北省高校学生体育社团基本构成、组织管理、活动开展现状进行调查,结果显示:湖北省体育社团主要以传统体育项目为主,新兴项目社团逐渐兴起;体育社团平均规模不大,影响力不足;管理制度基本健全,但缺少长期的发展规划,发展定位不清,特色不明显;学生参与愿望强烈,但总体参与度不高。建议高校将学生体育社团发展纳入校园文化建设长期发展规划之中,加大投入力度;优化组织管理体系,整合校内体育资源;以创建核心价值体系和品牌为导向,加强组织管理和引导;合理利用校外资源,拓展体育社团生存和发展空间。

Using the method of document literature, the social investigation method, and the mathematical statistics method, the investigation of the current situation of the basic structure, organization, management, and activities of university students＇ sports associations in Hubei province has been carried out. The result shows that Hubei province＇s sports associations base mainly on traditional sports projects, and new projects associations are gradually rising; sports associations are small in size, and insufficient in influence; their the management system is basically sound but the development positioning is unclear, and they lack long -term development plans and obvi- ous characteristics; students＇ participation desire is intense, but the overall degree of participation is not high. The study put forwards the following recommends： the students＇ of colleges and universities should be brought into the long - term development planning of campus culture construction and should receive more investment; sports associ- ations should optimize the management system and integrate the school sports resources; take the creation of core value system and brand as orientation and strengthen the management and guidance; rationally use outside resources and expand the space of survival and development of sports associations.
