摘要 呼吸机的集束化管理（ventilatorcarebundle，VCB）是目前医学领域知名度最高的、应用最广泛的集束化措施。本世纪初，国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会（JointCommissionofAccreditationofHealthOrganization，JCAHO）确定的VCB包括抬高床头、每日唤醒及评估是否能脱机拔管、预防消化性溃疡、深静脉血栓等四项基本措施。2004年在美国和加拿大开展的多中心研究结果首次证实，
